huhu...semalam kan shiff malam ngan enson jek..dia suruh tlg dia jwb call sebab dia nak pg break kejap..kesian toll kat dia sorang2..xpe2 i will help u k...huhu.

today want to write about my experience handling call for the 1st time...waaaa hope can reverse back...want to do it againn.. enson want to take a short break so he asked me if i can help him handle the call while he is on the break.. i said ok...then he tought me how to use the mcc (the system that handle incoming and outgoing call)..1st time i put on the headset..emm xmuat la kecik sgt headset ni ke my head yg besar...hahaha...

hahaha...klaka ekk..ntah apa2 jek...malu some more kat enson masa tu ada kat sebelah..after dia pg xde plak call yg masuk...then hari ni borak ngan akili (team mate gak)..tanya la dia umur enson tu berapa..caya tak dia sama umur la..23 this year..waa so young n some more he is my backup team leader...he has been working at atos since 2005...that mean he started working at atos at the age of 21..waa akili said before this he also had been working somewhere else...he was graduated from TAR college..emm same like viji la..viji also same age with me..maybe enson start working using diploma..emm very good la... i think he will be team leader in about one year..waaa i am impress..then i said to akili i am afraid to speake with enson coz he look serious then enson came at the same time..akhili terus ckp kat enson..waaa maluuu enson said what are u afraid off...

huhu xpe la citer benda lain lak...last week beli buku yg dah lama nak beli.. the tittle is "Chinese Cinderella" by Adeline Yen Mah..as i expected..very nice to read n very sad also.. i cried all the time while reading this book...i want to buy another book related to this book which is "Falling Leaves" also write by the same author..emm this is the true story about the auther herself....her mother died giving birth to her so she is consider as bad luck...they discriminated her and made her feel unwanted all her life... huhu tu la sket briefing pasal buku tu...kalo nak dapat semangat n nak nangis...baca la buku tu...recomended..huhu

wahhhhh....tonight shiff only got enson...i never spoken with him once since i entered this team..he is our backup team leader..i am so cuak right now....he look bz so i dont want to bother him la...tonight let just see the emails and study and try finish the billing for the day account ok...

i heard just now reena supposed to work tonight but she got something to do so i am stuck with him right now...i think there will be someone else will be coming too replace reena tonight...aiyooo i just can't wait for j and reena shif but then both of them is mc today and selvi also on mc today...can't wait to get access to the system so i can do the job on my own..why la the technical team sooo lambat... gomathi told me that she had been asking them to give me the access from the 1st week i join the team...

nurul punya team dah start answer call..sian nurul dia cuak giler... emm i am so lucky dapat team apec team uk ni susah la..nurul ckp susah tol nak paham accent diaorg..ye la dah la kita ni ckp omputih pun terkial-kial plus ngan malaysian accentnya camna la mat saleh tu nak paham... td nurul ckp kalo nak ckp ngan org uk ni jgn guna sir nnt diaorg mengada-ngada sebab sir tu pangkat bg diaorg ala cam dato' la kat malaysia ni...xsangka ekk mengada-ngada gak mat saleh ni...pastu td nurul ada ckp atos nak japanese speaker technical support...ala bestnya kalo leh apply tp rasa cam xlayak jek..ckp japanese xde la fluent sgt..ckp omputih pun takut2 lg..emmmm

huhu..right now i am watching the final episode of hana zakari no kimitachi he taiwan version drama... i have been following this drama during i am working normal shiff..but since i now have to work uk hour...i cannot wacth it coz it aired every mon-fri 7.00 pm at 8tv...this week is the final episode so i watch online la..tonight shiff don't have many works to do..huhuhu..this story quite nice la...i think girls like this kind of story...it was based on a japanese manga..emm as always taiwanese always do drama based the japanese manga...like hana yori dango...japanese drama version also will be publish soon..can't wait...huhu..my opion for this drama is ok la nice to see...standard la citer taiwan banyak la lelaki2 yg cute2...huhu

lastly nak story pasal last weekend...huhu me, rozila and her housemate went to sg congkak..emm very beautiful la that river or can say waterfall la...very2 cold and i played a lot untill very tired..rozila skrang can drive quite good la.. really envy her coz i am still a little bit afraid to drive...but i think this year i will buy a car..so must try to dive next time...ODA GANBATE NE!!!!emm i think i will stop here...tata

emmm hari ni ni ada satu perasaan malas nak pg keje....then masa sampai jek ofis ada perasaan berdebar-debar (i called this kuch2 hota hai sebab maksud dia something happen in my heart..huhu lebih kurang la kan).....mesti korang pernah ada perasaan camni kan..ada rasa xsedap ati jekk..takut n cuak je nak masuk ofis td.. nurul plak dia hepi semacam jek nak pg keje terbalik lak..emm i wonder what gonna happen...

sampai ofis..selvi xdatang lak..selvi is the person who always teach me about my assigned account - my mentor..huhu...dia mc..lorr hari ni bawak goreng pisang kat selvi sebab semalam dia cakap rasa nak makan..selvi is pregnant..huhu can't wait to see her child..then makan je la goreng pisang tu ngan team member yg lain..emm any wierd thing happen..not yet.. then my team leader gomathi ask for the assesment form for june..ok i gave it to her..later she said ivy is looking for me..ivy is the hr people...wahhh i am cuakkk..is it something bad gonna happen..went to see her then she said i was looking for all of you... all of us mean the new people la...i ask her why..she said the check for this month was out... wahhh very suprising maaaa...so early this month...huhu duit dah masuk la...best la plak..rasa nak pg shopping jekk..hujung mgg ni pg umah rozila la kot

ok la hal td dah setel...then gomathi asked me..can u access the shared drive..emm i said cannot...why la...i started working here almost a month already...then she sent email to technical people..so about an hour later i can access the shared drive...huhu ok la...later about 6.30 pm i got an email from technical people that i have been gave the permission to access my team account email....emmm bagus la ekk..benda elok je yg happen nihhh...but the shiff was not over yet..still got 5 hours to go...

huhu....7 o'clock already...going for break..the uk team called this lunch break..but my team called this meal break jekkk...lunch apa pkul 7 nih...huhu

now i am still at work... the time now is 11.12 pm..almost 12 midnight..huhu can't wait to go home.... tonight didnt feel like working so much..today the system got problem so kesian kat team member kena wat manual so many thing... sorry cannot help you guys... but today i got the chance answer call..but just to pick up only..huhu well its ok..one step at a time.. very nervous coz i am afraid if they cannot understand me speaking but when answer about 2 or 3 call.. the nervousness just gone...bestttt ...ganbate ne ODA!!!

night shiff begin...(*_*)

huhu...as expected i really love the night shiff...very2 nice coz i am not feeling so sleepy as usual...but much more to go coz tonight is just the 2nd night i been working night shiff...but i am still serve the apec (asia pacific) account..my team is 24/7 which means the shiff never stop...but night shiff is fun coz most of the team here is uk team so night shiff very lively (i dont know how to describe..huhu). Prema has been transfer to tpm (technology park b.jalil) so i dont have transportation to go to work so i asked my team leader is it possible for me to work in 3-12 shiff..actually my team doesnt have 3-12 shiff but i am still under training so my team leader gave the permission and now i am going to work with nurul...huhu
now i am traing to use the system...so far so good, i can still cathing up but i am still cannot handle call yet coz i have to be very familiar with all the system and all the the working process...

right now i am watching cartoon kat-tun..hahaha they all are very funny and cute at the same time.. kat-tun are one of my fav j-pop group..they are very funny and they have their own talk show called cartoon kat-tun...i guest it been called cartoon coz they always do something funny..the show is really nice and fun to watch(recommended)..(^_^)

once upon a weekend..huhu

mgg ni rasa kejap jek dah weekend..huhuhu..best toll cutiii...bila keje ni hari cuti rasa best jekk ekk..ye la hari biasa dari pkul 9 pg sampai pkul 6 kena duk ofis jek.. best la keje kerajaan sampai pkul 5 jek... hari2 bila balik nak kena prepare keje esok lak..nasib baik la cuti weekend 2 hari..

hari ni nurul balik kedah...xde org kat umah so pg2 dah kuar dia naik bas pkul 9.30 kat terminal kajang...so me plak pg umah rozila la...duk umah sengsorang boring la..dia lak keje hari ni...ni pun kat ofis dia la..nasib baik leh guna tenet..leh gak la nak tulis blog ni....kalo tak susah gak nak tulis ni..dgn malas lagi..kat ofis lak xdapat pc lg... sbb dlm training lg..pasni dia nak kasi different account lak...mgg depan dapat belajar standard chartered bank (scb) lak..emm pening gak la sebab scb pakai application yg lain sket..flow dia pun lain gak la..pastu ni client plg besar bg team sekarang so maybe kena jawab call la ni...wahhhhh takottt sehhh... 'Hello, thank you for calling Atos Origin Service Desk. How can i assist you' tu baru intro tu pun berbelit lidah nak sebut... buatnya dia bg prob yg susah sket...vpn n active directory pun dah cuak..skali dia kasi sistem prob yg mmg xtau nak jawab...huhu gabra gak rasanya...well camna pun kena la berusaha ekk rohaida...GAMBATE NEEEE!!!!!!

huhu... today xde keje nak wat pun, team leader cuti n org yg biasa ajar plak mc... mgg ni masuk mgg kedua keje kat ao ni..emm leh tahan la cuma cam biasa la org baru trainee lak tu..xde la dapat layanan special sgt pun...mentang2 la ktorg ni fresh graduates (fresh ke..dah lama dah gradnya..huhu) tp biasa la kan... nak keje kena la tahan semua ni.. awl2 ni xde keje sangat.. datang ofis pun xtau nak wat apa tp org kata nnt dah stat keje bebetul xde masa lak nak buang masa ekk... yang seronok duk ofis ni sebab dia besar kan so ramai la pekerja..pastu senior2 kebanyakkannya muda2 lg... sempat gak la mencuci mata tgk abg2 hensem..huhuhu gatal ekk oda.. pastu ada lg satu yg best.. team sebelah support japan account so dapat la dengar org ckp jepun hari2..huhu best tul...omoishiroi desu neee... pasni nak sambung la kelas jepun..nak ckp macam diaorg gak.. ganbate ne!!!

sekarang kalo balik keje jek penat aje... maybe sebab keje xbanyak bergerak..duk jek kat meja ngadap komputer... bila balik rasa xbermaya jek..mula2 je kot camni... mgg lepas prema kata nak mintak tukar account ngan nurul..emm bagus gak la, ada nurul leh la wat lawak bangang sket..xde la ngantuk sgt masa keje...kalo kena account malam pun xde la takut..leh balik sama2..hehe

hari sabtu hari tu rozila datang umah..huhu dia naik keta solar (naza suria) dia tu..leh tahan gak ekk..cantik n xde la kecik sgt..besar la gak, naik pun ok...dia amik jugak kaler biru tu..org dah ckp awl2 amik biru..pening2 dia pk...comel warna biru tu... tgk dia bawak keta..emm pandai jugak ekkk..leh tahan la... xsabar rasanya nak beli keta gak.... sekarang rasa cam myvi tu cantik lak tp bila tgk dalam xberkenan la.... emm savvy gak yg cantik kannnnn... harap2 ada la peluang nak beli keta tu... org yg keje kat cyber ni hampir semua ada keta... yela cyber ni kan kat hujung dunia..bas ada tp kalo keje malam mana la ada bas kan...

emm banyak lak menaip hari ni...dah pkul 5.51 dah ni..huhu pkul 6 nak balik...ok la bye2..

huhu...semenjak dua menjak ni selalu lak pg cc...hari ni teman nurul..dia ada presentation esok...waahahahaha... team dia jek yg present...team nadia lak ada test... my team xde lak kena apa2...... tp mana tau kan nnt mgg ni kenna benda yg pelik2... mgg lepas stat masuk keje.. skarang dah paham la serba sediit modus operandi (cewwahhh) atos tu...org kat situ short form kan jadi ao (atos origin) seronok gak masa 1st day keje dia bawak round2 perkenalkan ktorg.. ktorg 7 org dapat apec (asia pasific) account..best gaak la sebab keje pagi.. 9 am - 6 am... yg lain sumer dapat uk account pkul 3 pm - 1 am...hahahaha tp walaupun ada dua jenis je account pun team sumer lain2... uk punya account, slang diaorg mmg xpaham la...my team 24/7 team means ktorg cover dua2 apec n uk account so maybe after this kena gak keje malam..xpe la trainee xleh nak demand2 sgt..tp keje dia xde la semennakuttkkan seperti yg dijangka.. insyaAllah la... setakat ni boleh wat lagi..yeyyy malaysia boleh..oda pun boleh...huhu
