night shiff begin...(*_*)

huhu...as expected i really love the night shiff...very2 nice coz i am not feeling so sleepy as usual...but much more to go coz tonight is just the 2nd night i been working night shiff...but i am still serve the apec (asia pacific) account..my team is 24/7 which means the shiff never stop...but night shiff is fun coz most of the team here is uk team so night shiff very lively (i dont know how to describe..huhu). Prema has been transfer to tpm (technology park b.jalil) so i dont have transportation to go to work so i asked my team leader is it possible for me to work in 3-12 shiff..actually my team doesnt have 3-12 shiff but i am still under training so my team leader gave the permission and now i am going to work with nurul...huhu
now i am traing to use the system...so far so good, i can still cathing up but i am still cannot handle call yet coz i have to be very familiar with all the system and all the the working process...

right now i am watching cartoon kat-tun..hahaha they all are very funny and cute at the same time.. kat-tun are one of my fav j-pop group..they are very funny and they have their own talk show called cartoon kat-tun...i guest it been called cartoon coz they always do something funny..the show is really nice and fun to watch(recommended)..(^_^)

once upon a weekend..huhu

mgg ni rasa kejap jek dah weekend..huhuhu..best toll cutiii...bila keje ni hari cuti rasa best jekk ekk..ye la hari biasa dari pkul 9 pg sampai pkul 6 kena duk ofis jek.. best la keje kerajaan sampai pkul 5 jek... hari2 bila balik nak kena prepare keje esok lak..nasib baik la cuti weekend 2 hari..

hari ni nurul balik kedah...xde org kat umah so pg2 dah kuar dia naik bas pkul 9.30 kat terminal kajang...so me plak pg umah rozila la...duk umah sengsorang boring la..dia lak keje hari ni...ni pun kat ofis dia la..nasib baik leh guna tenet..leh gak la nak tulis blog ni....kalo tak susah gak nak tulis ni..dgn malas lagi..kat ofis lak xdapat pc lg... sbb dlm training lg..pasni dia nak kasi different account lak...mgg depan dapat belajar standard chartered bank (scb) lak..emm pening gak la sebab scb pakai application yg lain sket..flow dia pun lain gak la..pastu ni client plg besar bg team sekarang so maybe kena jawab call la ni...wahhhhh takottt sehhh... 'Hello, thank you for calling Atos Origin Service Desk. How can i assist you' tu baru intro tu pun berbelit lidah nak sebut... buatnya dia bg prob yg susah sket...vpn n active directory pun dah cuak..skali dia kasi sistem prob yg mmg xtau nak jawab...huhu gabra gak rasanya...well camna pun kena la berusaha ekk rohaida...GAMBATE NEEEE!!!!!!
